As a Locksmith you are in a customer facing role and knowing how to conduct good customer service is good for business. Recently, it has been found that customers prefer to purchase goods or a service based on customer service and experience, meaning your customer reviews are ever so important.

This course will help you understand and anticipate what your customers needs are, their expectations, behaviorist skills and how to deal with complaints. All of which will be great skills to have when dealing with a difficult or stressed out customer, particularly when you are working in an emergency situation.
